Masterclass with Álvaro Picardo, Sandon

We are absolutely delighted to welcome you to a lampshade painting workshop with renowned artist, Álvaro Picardo on Friday, March 21st.

Alvaro is a celebrated artist who works with leading interior designers such as Sybil Colefax, Studio Reed, Studio Atkinson Buchanan Studio, Max Rollit and Douglas Mackie. During this workshop he will guide you through the art of hand-painted lampshades, combining craftsmanship, tradition, and timeless design.

The workshop will be held in our store on the Fountain Floor, from 10:00-14:00. Refreshments and small bites will be served. Everything you need will be be provided – including lamp shade, tools and paint, and best of all, you’ll take home your own personally crafted shade. No previous painting-experience is required!
